It seems the recent weather conditions has pulled many home buyers out of the wood work. While economic uncertainity still remains relatively high, one home purchasing component remains extremely low - interest rates. Currently hovering at around 4% for a 30 year fixed rate mortgage, many home buyers are taking advantage of the forecast: both for weather and obtaining a home loan.
